Stubborn Mule really came through for my organization and I. I had a shoestring budget to feed 25-30 people, and Ryan worked with me to figure out what was in my price range and what fit the dietary restrictions we had. The food was fresh and flavorful, the veggies were crisp, and the Mediterranean dip/mix was DELICIOUS (this is coming from someone who doesn’t like olives). Stubborn Mule is incredible!

Ryan and Kris catered our wedding today and all the guests were RAVING about how good everything tasted. We picked about 6 options for small plates and everyone had more than enough food. Everything was TOP NOTCH.
